Let’s Get Candid: You Don’t Want to Miss Grace Key
“Hey, party people!” That is the phrase you will hear often if you follow Grace Key on any of her social media sites. I was introduced to Grace several years ago via social media when I came across her Instagram page.
This day Grace was explaining why ice cream was most likely a health food and she wasn’t going to be convinced otherwise. I giggled, shared her video with a couple of friends, and dove into her page to find out what she was about.
Grace is far more than just a pretty face. She is the owner and CEO of Candidly Kind, an online clothing store. She designs, processes the orders, and even does shipping. If all that isn’t enough, Grace also donates some of her earnings to charity, $75,000 to date! She has supported best Buddies International, Hershey Medical Center, and Good Dog Autism among so many others. What Grace has done to support others is so important, but her visibility as a CEO and a glass ceiling smasher among the business community is phenomenal. Grace has proven that your success is only limited to what you can dream.
Grace is the first presenter as part of our online Entrepreneurship Series. She and her mom will talk about their journey creating Candidly Kind and answer any questions. This presentation series is for self-advocates to learn more about business and seeing people just like them that are living their dreams. Self-advocates can attend the presentation online or at our office. Register by e-mailing jshotts@MilestonePA.org or calling Milestone HCQU West at 724-283-0990. Print or share our flyer.
